Reservation Amendments: Flexibility for Your Convenience

At EpicBali, we understand that sometimes plans change, and we're here to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability. We want to ensure that your Bali adventure is as flexible as possible, while also maintaining the high level of service you expect from us.Here's our policy on reservation amendments to help guide you through the process:

1 Week Prior to Tour: No Fee If you find the need to make changes to your booking up to one week before your scheduled tour, you can do so without incurring any additional charges. We're happy to assist you in adjusting your itinerary to better suit your preferences.

5 to 7 Days Prior to the Tour: $20 Fee For amendments made between 5 to 7 days before the tour, a nominal fee of $20 will apply to cover administrative costs. We will work with you to make the necessary changes to your booking.

2 to 5 Days Prior to the Tour: $50 Fee Amendments requested between 2 to 5 days prior to your scheduled tour will incur a fee of $50. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we're here to help you adjust your plans accordingly.

1 to 2 Days Prior to the Tour: $50 Fee Changes requested between 1 to 2 days before your tour will also have a $50 amendment fee. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to ensure a seamless experience for you.

On the Day of the Tour: Please See Cancellation Policy Amendments requested on the day of the tour may, in some cases, constitute a cancellation of the tour. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details and to understand the options available in such situations.We want to make your EpicBali adventure as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. Cancellation Fees: A Minimum Guide The following cancellation fees represent the minimum charges that may apply and are subject to change:

  • Cancellation 7 Days Prior to the Tour: If you find the need to cancel your booking seven or more days prior to the scheduled tour, there will be no cancellation fee. We understand that plans can change, and we want to offer you flexibility when possible.
  • Cancellation 2 to 7 Days Prior to the Tour: For cancellations made between 2 to 7 days before the tour, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking value will apply. This fee covers potential costs incurred by ground operators.
  • Cancellation 48 Hours Prior to the Tour: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour are considered non-refundable, and a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking value will apply. This fee takes into account the expenses that may have been incurred by our partners and ground operators.
  • Amendments on the Day of the Tour: Amendments requested on the day of the tour may, in some cases, constitute a cancellation of the tour. This means that a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the value of your booking may apply, including any fees imposed by our partners and ground operators.

We value your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. While we aim to offer flexibility when possible, please note that some costs incurred by our partners may be non-refundable. Responsibilities and Terms

At EpicBali, we are committed to providing you with an exceptional travel experience. To ensure clarity and transparency, we outline our responsibilities and the terms that govern your journey with us:

  • Operator's Role: EpicBali acts as an intermediary, connecting you with hotels, airlines, transportation providers, and other service providers (herein referred to as "Partners") to facilitate your travel arrangements. We operate as agents for these Partners.
  • Partners' Terms: Your travel arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by our Partners, including hotels, airlines, and transportation companies. By accepting our services and associated documents, you agree to abide by these terms.
  • Limitation of Liability: EpicBali, its subsidiaries, and affiliated companies shall not be held liable or responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience to persons or property arising from factors beyond our control. These factors include but are not limited to Acts of God, natural disasters, air or sea-related incidents, equipment malfunctions, government actions, wars, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, regulatory changes, delays, or itinerary adjustments.
  • Travel Documentation: It is your responsibility to ensure that you possess the appropriate passports, visas, and other necessary documents for your journey. EpicBali shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from inadequate or improper travel documentation.
  • Transportation Providers: Transportation companies are responsible for their operations and services. EpicBali does not assume liability for the actions or omissions of transportation providers.
  • Itinerary Changes: We reserve the right to modify, amend, or cancel any part of your travel itinerary as needed. While we strive to minimize disruptions, circumstances beyond our control may require adjustments to your plans.
  • Luggage and Property: While we take utmost care in handling your luggage and property, we do not accept liability for damage, loss, or inconvenience associated with their handling.
  • Detention, Delay, or Injury: EpicBali and its Partners shall not be held liable for detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness, or injury to passengers that occur when passengers are not on board a carrier or conveyance operated by the transportation provider.
  • Passage Contract: Your agreement with the transportation companies or firms will be governed by their respective passage contracts. These contracts constitute the sole agreement between you and the transportation providers.  EpicBali are the intermediates the connect you to the transpiration and tour providers.
