Amendments (date/time) can be made free of charge through the client login at Epicbali.com up to 7 days prior to the booking date. Administrative fee of $50 is applicable there afterwards.

You will receive a full refund if cancelling within 7 Days of the Tour date.  

  • You will receive a refund for the amount you paid minus the cancelation fee of 50% when cancelling between 7 to 2 days before the tour date.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour are considered non-refundable, and a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking value will apply.
